The Principal Researcher of Project TRACE, Ana Cristina Santos, gave a talk included in the panel “Not just for the queers: The salience of research on LGBTQ+ ageing for generalist gerontology and geriatrics and transforming the world.” with esteemed colleagues Andrew King, Rebecca Jones, Kathryn Almack and Maya Chew. This panel highlighted the importance of LGBTQ+ research for pushing the boundaries of gerontology to include LGBTQIA+ sensitivity in practices and policies.
