Junior Researcher Irene Massa participated in the XV National Congress of SIPCO – Società Italiana di Psicologia di Comunità, under the theme “Comunità im/mobili: Psicologia per l’emancipazione di persone e collettività”, held at the University of Lecce, Italy.

Irene Massa’s scientific presentation was titled “La cittadinanza queer nel tempo: invecchiamento, ageismo e politiche lgbtq+ nei paesi del sud Europa”. 

As the researcher responsible for the fieldwork and analysis of the Italian context within Project TRACE, Irene shared preliminary findings from our ongoing research on LGBTQ+ ageing in Southern Europe and her PhD thesis project with the community of Italian psychologists and other professionals.
